the one show I downloaded this app for is garbage. I want to cancel my subscription, but they've made it infuriatingly hard. there's no email. there's no app, even though they say there is. I can't log in. I've been trying for an hour and am stuck in a revolving process of logging in, authenticating every detail of my whole life, and then being asked to log in again any time I try to actually access something. apparently, they'd rather I call them and scream at them so they stop taking my money.

Broken on AndroidTV - Nvidia Shield. All other streaming apps work fine. App works fine on Android phone, but this is one of the only apps that won't let me choose a different playback device. So I can't even use the phone app to push a show to the TV. I suppose they have no interest in making it work on a system other than their own, despite collecting money from me every month for the subscription.

It's literally impossible for me to cancel my Apple TV subscription. I keep being redirected to a general Apple Account, which gives error messages whenever I try to login, leaving me no way to access the subscription. Apparently I also need to be logged in to contact support. The only way to contact Apple is calling. From the experiences of others I'm seeing on the internet, that doesn't work because after hours of holds, you only get people who say there's no problem and can't fix it.
